Such information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, billing address, payment information, and other relevant information necessary to complete your purchase and provide you with our resources.
1.2 Usage Information
Using the analytics services provided to us by Squarespace and Google Analytics, we may collect non-personal information about your interactions with our website or resources, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. Such data generally provides us with information about your location, your traffic pattern through our website, any communications or interactions between your computer and our website, and your digital whereabouts right before and right after accessing our website. For more information on how we collect this data, please read the “Cookies” section below.
1.3 Associated Information
If any personal information is volunteered, it will automatically be associated with any usage information collected when you access our website and/or purchase/download our resources.
1.4 Sensitive Information
Sensitive personal information is a subcategory of personal information that is differentiated based on the risks (to the individual) associated with its release. Such information includes that which concerns one's gender identity, sexual orientation, religious views, social security number, etc. We do not collect or process any information that falls within this category, and any sensitive information voluntarily provided, whether directly or indirectly, through email correspondences, open-ended form submissions, or personal conversations, will not be stored.
1.5 Cookies and Pixels
We employ the use of “cookies” in order to collect usage information on those who access our website or purchase/download our resources. Cookies are small text files sent from our website to your browser, that contain information about your activities on, just before, or right after using our website. While every company uses cookies differently, we use them to enhance our users' experience and improve our website and resources. Users can consent to or refuse the collection of cookies via a consent banner. This banner will appear as soon as a user accesses our website, and will reappear every time they re-enter it for the first time, regardless of whether they previously selected to allow or disallow the use of cookies.
Somewhat similar to cookies, pixels are small files used by social media platforms to track visitors to other websites in order to tailor advertisements to them. We reserve the right to use these pixels in accordance with the policies of the various social media websites used.
Use of Information
2.1 Provide and Improve Services
We use the personal information you voluntarily provide to process your orders, deliver products and services, provide customer support, and send newsletters/promotional material to you via email (see the next section for more information on this). Additionally, we may use usage data to monitor and analyze trends, track user behavior and preferences, and gather demographic information in an effort to improve our website and/or services, develop new products, and enhance the user experience.
2.2 Email Communications
Marketing communications are sent regularly via email to those subscribed to our emailing list. Examples of these email communications include bi-monthly (every other week) newsletters, exclusive offers and promotional information, and/or important updates/notifications related to our website or services. Both of the following actions will result in a user being added to this list:
The user actively subscribes to our emailing list by providing their email
The user (so long as they reside outside of the EU, UK, or Canada) registers for a seminar/webinar (whether free or paid for), downloads a free resource, or purchases a product through our website
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all of our emails will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact us should you need to do so. Further, any marketing communication delivered via email will include clear information on how to remove oneself from our mailing list, and will include both a link to “Unsubscribe”, and a link to “Change Preferences”.
Other forms of email communications that are not considered marketing or promotional emails include product update notices, which are sent to users about specific products they previously purchased, and email communications responding directly to specific users' questions, comments, or concerns.

As was previously stated, any data unknowingly collected about a minor will be disposed of as soon as we are made aware of it.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect both your personal information and your usage information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Such methods include using reliable third-party vendors when processing or storing your data, and ensuring that access to these vendors' websites is protected via the use of strong passwords. Other security measures taken by the trusted providers we work with (see the “Service Provider Disclosures” section for more information) can be found on their websites and include the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Transport Layer Security (TLS), and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS). However, despite our best efforts and the efforts of our trusted providers, no electronic method of transmission and storage of information is entirely secure and as such, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
It is also important to recognize and note that email is not considered a secure communication method, and it is for this reason that we request you limit the information you share with us when communicating via email. If, despite our efforts to discourage it, you still choose to share such information using this method, you will be doing so at your own risk.
